Why am I getting an "already entered" error when I haven’t entered yet today?
If you are receiving the message that you have already entered to win for the day, it is because, based on your email address, our system recognizes that you have an entry that has been submitted for the day on that specific website. For most of our sweepstakes, a ‘day’ is from 12:00:01 A.M to 11:59:59 P.M Eastern Time, so if you’re in a different time zone, that may be the issue.
I'm seeing a blank page, or I'm not seeing an "enter" button or "email address field.

Why am I getting an ineligible error?
You would receive that error message only if you submitted information that didn't meet our eligibility requirements for the promotion. We don't have a way to look up what you submitted, so you may want to visit the rules to ensure you are eligible to enter. If you realize what you did wrong and try to enter but still can't, you will need to clear your browser's cache and cookies and try to submit the form again.

How can I update my contact information for the sweepstakes?
Many of our sweepstakes have a feature enabled that remembers all of your information after your first entry with that specific email address. The only way to change your entry information is to begin entering with another email address and fill out your information again with the new email.
